The organizers plan to create projects in the field of contemporary art and develop educational programs in the field of relevant humanitarian knowledge. At the same time, the center will support the artistic community of the region and promote it at the federal and international level.
The ARKA curators identified several areas for further work: support for socio-cultural initiatives of the Arkhangelsk region, the development of education in the field of art, and the creation of an international art residence. The Center's office is located in the regional Youth House.
