Art Factory Flox has announced a call for submissions, open to all, with a straightforward theme, focus, and title: Bread. Submissions should include two to five pictures in a 2-3 aspect ratio in RBG mode. The original image must have a resolution of 300 dpi but a smaller resolution is preferred for the preview. No fees are charged for the submission and the exhibition. The deadline for submissions is December 31st, 2020.
Art Factory Flox is part of Flox Galleries, with spaces in both Kirschau and Dresden. The galleries were started under the motto: “contemporary art away from the metropolises but right in the middle of the world.” Beginning in 2013, the Kirschau space has been operated in an old textile factory in the reconstructed rooms that once served as the sample office. The main task of Flox Galleries is to present contemporary art in urban and rural areas as well as to enter into dialogue with other artists, art spaces, galleries, project spaces and of course art buyers and collectors worldwide.
