Tashkent Film School, an independent educational institution based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, is currently seeking a Producer to join their team. The successful candidate will play a lead role in organizing various educational activities such as courses, master classes, and intensive programs.
They will also be responsible for administrative tasks, including financial planning and personnel management. This role will require the successful candidate to develop educational programs tailored to the needs of the students, and to plan events to promote the school and attract new students.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the education and/or film industry, excellent communication skills, and an ability to inspire both students and colleagues. A solid understanding of organizational processes and experience in managing staff is also a must. As the role requires constant professional growth and innovation, candidates should have a strong desire for continuous learning. Fluency in Russian, Uzbek, and English is required, and a love and interest in cinema is a significant plus.
