Open Call for Musicians from Arab Countries: AFAC's Music Grant

Deadline: June 14th

The music grant of the Arab Fund for Arts and Culture supports music production, performances, collaborations, album recordings, music-related podcasts, and festivals. This program offers annual grants of up to USD 25,000 for individuals and teams, and up to $35,000 for collectives and institutions. The grant supports music production, performances, collaborations, album recordings, music-related podcasts, and festivals.

Eligibility to apply extends to individuals from Arab countries, regardless of their place of residence, citizenship, or ethnic and national identification. Local, regional, and international institutions and organizations with projects related to arts and culture from the Arab region are also welcome to apply.

The AFAC grants are intended for project production, including the research and development phases. They may cover project-related expenses such as materials, space or equipment rentals, and fees for artistic and technical labor and collaboration. An artist or institutional fee of not more than 30% of the total grant amount is also an allowable expense.

Applications are accepted only through online forms on the AFAC’s website, and applicants will receive a confirmation email once their application has been successfully submitted. Before applying, make sure your application is complete with all the requested supporting materials. Incomplete applications will not be considered. We encourage all potential applicants to read the full application form before applying.
