Tbilisi Architecture Biennial Open Call: Correct Mistakes

Tbilisi, Georgia. Deadline: May 13th

Tbilisi Architecture Biennial 2024 invites architects, artists, writers, scholars, urbanists, and creative individuals of all experience levels and locations to submit proposals for its open call. The Biennial, set to take place from September 28th to October 19th, 2024, focuses on the relationship between people and natural resources. It aims to highlight the roles of various stakeholders in navigating this complex dynamic, including architects, urban planners, communities, policymakers, and environmentalists. Proposals can be in two categories: Physical Projects and Educational Activities and Workshops. All applications should be in English or Georgian and must clearly relate to the Biennial's main theme.

Tbilisi Architecture Biennial suggests the following locations in Tbilisi, Georgia as points of reference for the submitted proposals and concepts in the category of Physical Projects in the case that participants decide to execute the projects in outer space.

Selected participants for Physical Projects will receive up to 4,000 Euros each to cover production costs and honorariums, and a successful workshop proposal will be awarded up to 3,000 Euros for implementation and honorariums.

You can find more information about submission requirements for Physical Projects and Educational Activities and Workshops on the TAB's website.

The application deadline is May 13th, 2024, with results announced on June 15th, 2024. Applications and queries should be sent to submit@biennial.ge
