An updated collection of Russian-language translations of e-flux magazine materials on contemporary art, culture, and theory is already on the platform, but from August syg.ma will collect all texts published in Russian and start releasing new ones. Artist Arseny Zhilyaev, co-founder of e-flux Anton Vidokle, co-founder of syg.ma Furqat Palvan-Zade, and editor Konstantin Koryagin will work on the project.

The syg.ma platform is designed for publications about a person, cultural phenomena, and society. Several projects have been implemented on the community platform, including: “Map,” where young sociologists share their research in modern Russia, “F-letter,” which publishes texts analyzing the logic of feminist writing, Radio.syg.ma with its own broadcast and a constantly growing archive of selected audio materials, and “Tashkent—Tbilisi,” a library of studies devoted to the history and modernity of Central Asia and the Caucasus.

The e-flux journal was founded in 1998 and includes an archive, magazine, art project, and curatorial platform.
