Words Without Borders has announced a competition for poem authors and translators. The texts for the open call can be submitted until April 16th.
Applicants from all over the world are invited to participate. It is required to provide the work in the original language and its translation into English. Both author's poems and previously unpublished translations are accepted. Four works will be featured in the digital international literature magazine Words Without Borders and in the Poem-a-Day series. The winners will be paid a fee of 150 dollars. The works will be selected by Airea D. Matthews, along with the editors of Words Without Borders.
